Company Biography

Founded by a physician, for nearly two decades SOAPware, Inc. has adhered to a simple philosophy of providing the best possible value to healthcare providers who want to advance into electronic record keeping.

Since our software is designed by medical providers and modeled on the paper charts already in use, the learning curve is minimized and users can become more productive more quickly than possible using the industry-standard approach of most systems.

Our software has been used at over 10000 sites in all 50 states and 30 other countries, and has more than 30,000 individual users. Such a large user base reduces cost to users and ensures a permanent implementation, and is the best guarantee against orphaned or obsolete software.

Licensing Philosophy

Practitioners and their staff have more important things to do than worry about licensing, so SOAPware's simplified licensing program is based on the number of providers at a site rather than the number of users or computers. That means that licensed users can install the software on any computer - at home, even the hospital - to ensure availability when needed.

Rather than offering SOAPware as a single, elaborate program with all the bells and whistles regardless of individual needs, SOAPware can be purchased in one of three Editions thus allowing the functionality to meet the needs of the user.
