Create Useful Graphs
SOAPware, Inc. is proud to announce the release of the SOAPware Flow Sheet Enhancement, delivering the ability to create useful graphs from patient information. While some electronic medical records provide a limited number of such graphs, it was our goal to develop the ability to graph any information that can exist in a SOAPware chart!
Track Changes Over Time
With complex medical histories it is often difficult to envision how multiple parameters are related without a visual presentation of the changes over time. This enhancement delivers just such functionality! Example: A SOAPware Flow Sheet can be added to a patient’s chart to plot vital signs, lab results, studies (e.g. audiograms), medication start and stop dates, and much more.
Track Multiple Parameters
You can include as many parameters as you wish within a single graph. Example: If you are seeing diabetic patients, you may want to plot Hgb-A1c values over time and be able to see when specific diabetic medications were added or ended. On the same sheet, indications can be made when diabetic education was performed, patient weights, etc.
Information Made Clear & Easy
Now you can see in a single glance a visual graphing of the sequence of these values and events. Example: You could graph a patient’s blood pressure over time and have a corresponding list of medications below the graph. This gives instant, visual feedback as to how the beginning and endings of medications has affected the blood pressure.Example: Pediatric Growth Charts. Rather than giving you a graphical presentation of growth, we have included pooled data from the Center of Disease Control to automatically calculate growth percentiles. You no longer have to “plot the lines” and make rough visual calculations!
